Results of repeat operation for early adhesive intestinal obstruction

Introduction and Aim: One of the formidable complications in abdominal surgery is early intestinal obstruction, which quickly leads to development severe endotoxicosis, intra-abdominal hypertension. The objective this study present results repeat operation adhesive obstruction. Methodology: There were 27 patients (13 men 14 women) aged 17-73 years under observation, who re-operated for obstruction that occurred after operations on organs. Twenty-four performed by laparotomic access three laparoscopic access. Eighteen operated an emergency basis nine as per plan. Results: After diagnosis, all endotracheal anesthesia with median laparotomy access, timing intervention being different. So, first day was detected, five on, 15 from 24-72 hours, six 3-5 days, one patient days. This shows severity condition complexity treatment. Conclusion: surgery, treatment should be comprehensive aimed at etiopathogenesis affect pressure, nutritional support.
